What Is Faith? Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen. * While we look not to things which are seen, but which are not seen: for the things that are seen are temporal, but which are not seen are eternal. He. 11:1. 2 Cor 4:18.

We having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, I believed, therefore, also spoke, we also believe, as we speak. 2 Cor 4:13.

To another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the same Spirit. 1 Cor 12:9.
But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. Ga. 3:23.

Of which salvation los profetas que profetizaron de la gracia que había de venir a vosotros, han inquirido y diligentemente buscado. 1P. 1:10.

As it says in: Eph. 1:13. "In whom also ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise." Receiving the end of your faith, that is health of your souls. 1P. 1:9.

For us who are kept by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. * In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while in heaviness through manifold temptations, if necessary. 1P. 1:5,6.

For the testing of your faith, being much more precious than gold, which perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ was said: * To whom having not seen, ye love; in which to believe, but at present do not see him, you rejoice with joy unspeakable and glorified. 1P. 1:7,8.

But I say when the Son of Man MAKES A land, will avenge them speedily, for it says now: Lc. 18:8. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on earth?

But without faith it is impossible to please God, because it is necessary that God joins himself to believe that he exists and that He rewards those who seek Him. He. 11:6.

For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. * No longer hide my face from them, for I will pour out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord. Ro. 1:17. Ez. 39:29.

lifted up his eyes, he saw Israel abiding by their tribes, and the spirit of God came upon him. * I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with Holy Spirit and fire. Nm. 24:2. Mt 3:11.

And I did not know him, but he who sent me to baptize with water said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt come down the Spirit, and remaining on him, this is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit. Jn. 1:33.

Whoever believes in me, as Scripture says, rivers of living water will run out of his belly. * (And that the Spirit said that they would receive those who believed in him because he had not yet come to the Holy Spirit, because Jesus was not yet glorified.) Jn. 7:38, 39.

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, because that will come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord. Acts. 3:19.

And it's in the last days, saith God, I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, And your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: * And on my servants and on my handmaidens in those days pour out my Spirit;. Acts. 2:17, 18.

And I knew him to be revealed to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water. * But thou, Israel, are My servant, thou, Jacob, whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend. Jn. 1:31. Isaiah 41:8.

then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. * And he declared unto you His covenant which I commanded you to perform, even ten commandments, and he wrote them two tables of stone. Ro. 10:17. Deuteronomy 4:13.

and said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I said, Lord God, you know. * Then he said to me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord. Ez. 37:3,4.

Thus saith the Lord GOD to these bones: Behold, I do get into you, and ye shall live. * And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin and put breath in you, and you shall live and know that I am the LORD. Ez. 37:5,6.

And said unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD: Come from the four winds, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. Ez. 37:9.

prophesied as he commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceeding great army. Ez. 37:10.

And hope does not disappoint because the love of God is poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit is given. * Do we then make void the law through faith? In any way, we establish the law. * So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Ro. 5:5. and 3:31. and 10:17.

But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. * Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, we have confidence in God. * And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. Stg. 4:6. 1 Jn. 3:21. Mr. 11:22.

And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder: and it shall remove: and nothing shall be impossible. Mt 17:20.

That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith receive the promise of the Spirit. * Being justified by faith we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. * For by grace are ye saved through faith and this not from yourselves, it is God's gift. Ga. 3:14. Ro. 5:1. Eph. 2:8.

1 .- We must have faith in Him who sent God: And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. Mr. 11:22. Why have faith? * Jesus answered and said unto them: This is the work of God, that ye believe on Him whom He sent. Mr. 11:22. Jn. 6:29.

Whoever believes in him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because they believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Jn. 3:18.
And this is the will of him who sent me, that every one which seeth the Son and believes in him may have eternal life: and I will raise on the last day. * He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be damned. Jn. 6:40. Mr.16: 16.

And according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages. * More manifested now, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, declared to all nations for the obedience of faith. Ro. 16:25,26.

For the testing of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and glory and honor when Jesus Christ was manifested. 1 P. 1:7.

Whom, having not seen, ye love; in which to believe, but you see him not, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and glorified; * Receiving the end of your faith, the salvation of your souls. 1 P. 1:8,9.

2.-By faith acquire knowledge of God: Till we all reach unity of faith and knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Eph. 4:13.

And that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which can make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 2 Tim. 3:15.

Hold fast the form of sound words that I hear, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. * No disappointing, but shewing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine throughout our Savior God. 2 Tim. 1:13. Titus 2:10.

that your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, more in the hands of God. * But we speak wisdom among the perfect, and not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that are rolled back. 1 Cor 2:5,6.

more we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory. 1 Cor 2:7.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not, and will be given. * But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering: for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven with the wind and tossed back and forth. Stg. 1:5,6. 3 .-

by faith Abraham is the heir of the promise: By faith Abraham to Isaac when he was tried, and gave his only begotten son that had received the promises. He. 11:17.

Therefore it is of faith, to be by grace, so that the promise will be guaranteed to all the seed, which is not only the law, but also that is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of all of us. Ro. 4:16.

(As it is written, a father of many nations have I made thee) before him, which he believed, who gives life to the dead, and calls things that are not, as they are. Ro. 4:17.

By faith Abraham, when called, obeyed to go to a place which he would receive for an inheritance, and left not knowing where to go. * By faith he sojourned in the promised land as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, heirs with him of the same promise. He. 11:8,9.

God's promise to Abraham: But the LORD said to Abram: Go forth from your country and your kindred and your father's house, the land I will show, * And make of thee a great nation; I will bless thee, and make thy name, and will be a blessing: Gen. 12:1,2.

And bless them that you bless, and curse them that curse thee: and be blessed in thee shall all families of the earth. Gn. 12:3.

That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith receive the promise of the Spirit. Ga. 3:14. 4 .-

faith and works: My brethren, what shall it profit if someone says he has faith but has no deeds? Can faith save him? * Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead in itself. Stg. 2:14,17.

But someone will say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will show thee my faith by my works. * You believe that God is one; thou doest well: the devils also believe and tremble. Stg. 2:18,19.

But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? * Was not Abraham justified by works, our father, when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? * Do not you see that faith wrought with his works, and that was faith made perfect by works. Stg. 2:20, 21, 22.

And the Scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was accounted for righteousness, and was called the friend of God. * You see then that man is justified by works and not by faith alone. Stg. 2:23,24.

For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead. Stg. 2:26. 5 .-

Justice is by Faith: By faith Abraham to Isaac when he was tried, and gave his only begotten son that had received the promises, * Having been said, "In Isaac shall thy seed be called. He. 11:17,18.

And the Scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was accounted for righteousness, and was called the friend of God. Stg. 2:23.

By faith Noah, being warned of things not yet seen, moved with fear, prepared an ark to save his family by the which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith . He. 11:7. 6 .- justified

by Faith: Being justified by faith we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Ro. 5:1.

Knowing that the man is not justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Ga. 2:16.

The truth must be said, in this present generation no one can be justified by the works of the law, because nobody does what it says God's law, as now reached the time taken to perform the words of God which are the Ten Commandments, the words of the Covenant of the Act

To open their eyes to turn them from darkness to light, and the power of Satan to God, to receive, by faith in Me, remission of sins and inheritance among are sanctified. Acts. 26:18. Today

later there is no difference from person to person, because we are all called to fulfill the law of God, whether Jews, Greeks and Gentiles: "But the called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. "1 Corinthians 1:24.

Testifying to Jews and the Greeks, repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. * And no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. Acts. 20:21. and 15:9.

7 .- Do not obeyed the faith: "And who scared you and you feared that you have broken faith, and you have not remembered me, and you came to mind? I not I sneaky since ancient times, and never fear me? * I will proclaim your righteousness and your deeds, that will not benefit you. Isaiah 57:11,12. More

flattered him with her mouth, and lied to his tongue: * For his heart was not right with him, nor were steadfast in his covenant. Psalm 78:36,37.

8 .- For this reason our God is against us, he says: Convicted and for having misrepresented the first faith. 1 Tim. 5:12. On the other hand also says: I have this against you that you have left your first love. Rev. 2:4.

And if any man have not care of their own, and specially for those of his household, has denied the faith and is worse than an infidel. 1 Tim. 5:8.

Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you. Mt 5:23.

Who is our brother? And Moses sent ambassadors to the king of Edom from Kadesh, Thus saith thy brother Israel, Thou knowest all the travail that hath befallen us. Nm. 20:14.

Jesus said: Look, do not tell anyone, but go, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony against them. Mt 8:4.

What we do to make our prayers and sacrifices be accepted before our God? Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. Mt 5:24.
Agree with your adversary quickly, whiles thou art with him on the road, because the adversary deliver thee to the judge and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison. Mt 5:25.

Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent and do the first works, because if not, I will come unto thee quickly and remove your lampstand from its place, except thou repent. Rev. 2:5.

9 .- Why ancient Israel did not achieve the righteousness of God? What shall we say? That Gentiles who did not follow righteousness, attained righteousness, to wit, the righteousness which is by faith; * But Israel was still the law of righteousness, has not come to the law of justice. Ro. 9:30,31.

Why? Because they sought it not by faith, but as by works of the law: They have stumbled at the stumbling stone, * As it is written, Behold, I lay in Zion a stumbling stone and rock fall, and he that believeth on it shall not be ashamed. Ro. 9:32,33.

He said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what will be his end: That are froward generation, children without faith. * They moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; They made provoked me to anger with their vanities: I will move them to jealousy with a people not a people, with people foolish nation I will provoke. Deuteronomy 32:20,21.

Now the Apostle Paul again ratify and says: But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I provoke them to jealousy with people who are not mine, With foolish people you provoke them. Ro. 10:19.

say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? In no way, more for their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. Ro. 11:11.

For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, our faith. * Who is it that overcomes the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? 1 Jn. 5:4,5.

For anyone who has overcome the adversary and not send more load: But I say to you, and others who are in Thyatira, who do not have any doctrine, and who have not known the depths of Satan, as they say, I no other charge over you. Rev. 2:24.

10 .- A person is justified by faith without the deeds of the law? Where then is boasting? Is excluded. By what law? What works? No, more by the law of faith. Ro. 3:27.

Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. * Is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of the Gentiles? True, also of the Gentiles. Ro. 3:28,29.

there is one God who will justify circumcision by faith, and faith through the uncircumcised. * Do we then make void the law through faith? In any way, we establish the law. Ro. 3:30,31.

For by grace are ye saved through faith and this not from yourselves, it is God's gift. * Therefore it is of faith, to be by grace, so that the promise will be guaranteed to all the seed, which is not only the law, but also that is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all. Eph. 2:8. Ro. 4:16.

Above all, taking the shield of faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil. * Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. * All your things be done with charity. Eph. 6:16. 1 Cor 16:13,14.

THROUGH FAITH, THE PERFECTION

You, too, putting all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge. 2 º P.1: 5.

And to knowledge temperance and to temperance patience, and patience fear of God. And the fear of God, brotherly love, brotherly love and charity. 2 º P.1: 6.7.

For if these things be in you, and abound, you will be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2 ° P. 1:8. ADVANCED

So, all we're perfect, be thus minded: and if anything you think otherwise, God shall reveal even this unto you. * Be ye therefore perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect. Phil. 3:15. Mt 5:48.

Whom we preach, warning every man and teaching in all wisdom, so that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. Col. 1:28.

Perseverance her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. * We all stumble in many things. If any man offend not in word, this is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body. Stg. 1:4. and 3:2.

But we speak wisdom among the perfect, and not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that melt * But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory. 1 Cor 2:6,7.

And to discern between the holy and the profane, and between unclean and clean; * To teach the children of Israel all the statutes that the Lord has told them through Moses. Lv. 10:10,11. To

difference between the unclean and the clean, between animals that can be eaten and those that can not be eaten. Lv. 11:47.

forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God created to participate with thanksgiving of them which believe and who know the truth. 1 Tim. 4:3.

But strong meat is perfect for for which by custom have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. He. 5:14.

Do we then make void the law through faith? In any way, we establish the law. * For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or tittle pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Ro. 3:31. Mt 5:18.

REQUIREMENTS TO ACQUIRE WISDOM

And if any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not, and will be given. Stg. 1:5.

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering: for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven with the wind and tossed back and forth. * Do not think because that man will receive anything from the Lord. Stg. 1:6,7.

Ask and you shall receive, seek and find, knock and it shall be opened. * For everyone who asks, receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it open. Mt 7:7,8.

I love them that love me, And I found that I look up early. * So for now, says the Lord, turn to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and crying. Proverbs 8:17. Joel 2:12.

And rend your heart and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, abounding in kindness, and repents of the evil. Joel 2:13. CHARITY STILL

And now abideth faith, hope, and charity, these three: but the greatest of these is charity. * Love does no harm to neighbor, so the fulfillment of the law is love. 1 º Co.13: 13. Ro.13: 10.

As the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart and good conscience and sincere faith. * Flee also youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, charity, peace with those who invoke the Lord's pure heart. Ti.1 1, 5. 2 nd Tim. 2:22.

Love is patient and kind, charity is not jealous, love does injustice, not enlarged. It is unseemly, seeks not its own, is not provoked, thinketh no evil. 1, Co. 13:4,5.

For to this has been preached the gospel to the dead to be judged in the flesh as men, and live in the spirit like God. * The end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. 1 P. 4:6,7.

But the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his, and: Stay away from iniquity anyone who invokes the name of Christ. 2 Tim. 2:19.

Because if you are not prepared to be good workers or good preacher, are not workers, nor can they preach, as written. As already mentioned above lines, if there is no preparation to be good workers or good preacher can not be workers when there iniquity in my heart, nor can they preach, as it is written

For if these things be in you, and abound, you will be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. * But he who lacks these things is blind, and is shortsighted, having forgotten the cleansing from his old sins. * Therefore, brethren, be even more to make your calling and election sure, for doing these things, ye shall never fall. 2 º P.1: 8, 9, 10.

Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but that ye may prophesy. So also you, since you are zealous of spiritual gifts, try to be excellent for the edification of the church. 1 º Co.14: 1.12

What then is my reward? That preaching the gospel, bring the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel. And above all, have fervent love, because love covers a multitude of sins. Co. 1, 9:18. 1 º P. 4:8.

praise the name of the LORD, because his name alone is high, His glory is above earth and heaven. * The exalted the horn of his people, Praise him all his saints, the children of Israel, the people closest to him. Alleluia. Psalm 148:13,14.

choosest Blessed are you, and do come to thee, that dwell in thy courts: We shall be satisfied with the goodness of your house, Your holy temple. Psalm 65:4.
